Sports Specific Training

For those who wish to enhance performance in their chosen sport whether it is a hobby or at a high level, sports specific training is an effective tool. The trainer will analyse the movements and muscle groups used primarily in your chosen sports, and will chose exercises that most closely mimic the movements involved to ensure that your gains in the gym are most likely to transfer into your chosen sports, whether it be golf, rugby, football, swimming etc. This is far more effective than using more general weight training exercises.

Price: £35 per session, £50 per 2 person session.
