Biography
Since qualifying in 2005, James has spent years gathering a range of extensive experience in the personal health and fitness environment. He has achieved qualifications with the prestigious and internationally recognised Premier Training International, worked as a Personal Trainer for a respected nationwide gym chain and is a fully insured member of the Register of Exercise Professionals.
His ambition and natural talent have led him to become one of the most successful personal trainers in the area, with the majority of his client base long termers. He has an ability to instil in his clients the passion and drive to regularly exercise and convert even the most anti-exercise individuals. His long list of glowing testimonials demonstrates his success over the years. His expansive knowledge of exercises means his clients are always given new and exciting programmes that are never the same.
James’s training philosophy is more than just about training hard. It’s about training SMART - mixing the right methodologies with specifically designed programmes tailored to your needs and ability whilst making sure you maintain correct technique and sound posture throughout. We like to think that every session with James offers double the value, as not only do you get a great workout, but you also learn how to exercise safely and effectively under your own steam!
