Biography
Matt qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2007 with the prestigious and internationally recognised Premier Training International. He is a highly qualified and knowledgeable Personal Trainer, specialising in weight loss and core stability.
Matt is extremely passionate about his work, which is apparent when you train with him. He is always updating his knowledge, reading the latest research and putting his findings into practice. This allows him to offer highly effective strategies to help each client reach their goals. He is currently training to become a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist and so nutrition is an area that he works on in great detail to make sure the client is eating correctly for their goals. Combining exercise
and nutritional strategies, Matt is able to achieve great results with his clients using techniques that lead to a healthier lifestyle for the client and not just a quick fix. Matt will always take the client’s lifestyle into consideration when writing a new programme and works with his clients on various aspects of their lifestyle to bring about manageable changes that can lead to big results.
Each training session with Matt will be tailored exactly to your capabilities and targets. He will progress your programme as you get fitter and stronger, varying your workouts to provide a new stimulus for your body to adapt to whilst ensuring the sessions remain fun. Training with Matt can do wonders for your fitness levels and body, whilst at the same time providing you with the knowledge to implement new habits into your lifestyle to keep the progress going for the long term.
